教網路部落格 【二刀流的刀鞘】作者，長年寫作與分享自己的武術修行經驗，曾修習多種武術，如八極拳、螳螂拳、縱鶴拳、岩間合氣道等，2017開始參與兵擊比賽，2020年著手研究太極連環刀古譜，以書為師，積極驗證所學。
Author of the Blog “Scabbards of the Two-bladed swordsman", he recorded his martial arts experience throughout the years. He had trained in multiple schools, including Bajiquan, Praying Mantis Boxing, Zong-He Quan (Shaking Crane), and Iwama Aikido. He had been participating in weapon tournaments since 2017, and began researching the historical manuscripts of Taichi Lianhwan Dao in 2020. Using the book as a source of teaching, while verifying the contents with actual experience.

《太極連環刀》
十三刀，又稱為太極連環刀，是明末清初的作者王餘右，在抗清失敗隱居後編撰並流傳至今的刀譜，全書都是雙方攻防的對戰觀念，結構完整，對於當代人要還原冷兵器時代的兵器武術，有著舉足輕重的地位。

《Taichi Lianhwan Dao (Chained Ring Sabre)》
“The Thirteen Dao”, also have the name “Taichi Lianhwan Dao” in nowadays. The manual script’s writer “Wang, Yu-you” was born in Ming dynasty and dead in Qing dynasty. This manual was wrote after Ming dynasty was destroyed and the rebel failure, he recluse in the mountain and leave the manual to his students. All the manual were discussing idea about the fight, and compile with complete structure, if we want to research how to use weaponry martial arts, this manual had pivotal position.
