今年我們邀請到來自菲律賓的HEMA團體， Forge Pioneer: Historical Fencing 來為大家傳授承襲自加拿大 Blood and Iron Martial Arts 的Zwerchhau技法，為確保與會的各位參加者都能夠跟上進度，本課程同時由三位講師一同執教，他們分別是 Raymond Glenn Angsico Cabredo 、 Rafael B. Ortiz 、 Vier Tajonera 。
本課程將會全程由英語授課，而且是較為進階的課程，但是各位也不需要擔心，大會將準備數名協助人員，以確保所有參加者都能夠享受HEMA的樂趣。
This year, we invite HEMA club from the Philippines, Forge Pioneer: Historical Fencing, they will teach us the Zwerchau technique inherit from the Canada HEMA group: Blood and Iron Martial Arts.
In order to the every participants may follow up the workshop’s progress, this workshop will teach by three instructors, they are Raymond Glenn Angsico Cabredo , Rafael B. Ortiz , and Vier Tajonera.
Also, this workshop was taught by English from first to last, and this is an advanced workshop, but don’t worry, we will provide some member to assist in workshop, for make sure every participants may have fun with HEMA.

《Zwerchhau入門》
在日耳曼長劍中，Zwerchhau是非常標誌性的技法，一個動作同時能夠進行攻擊與防守，藉由槓桿轉動的十字劍器，眨眼間就如同直升機螺旋槳般快速地招呼對手好幾下，優秀的劍士利用這個技法攻擊對手頭、手、軀幹，並且全身而退。

《Introduction to the Zwerchhau》
In German Longsword system, the Zwerchhau was a very specific signature movement, one movement to attack and defense at the same time. Fencer who use the sword with cross guard and swinging by the leverage, they looks like a human helicopter and strike opponent several times.
A good fencer will use Zwerchhau strike to the head, to the body, to the arm, and retreat safety.
