“Zhongding” is terms derived from the application of traditional Chinese martial arts. “Zhong” refers to the state where the flagpole remains still despite the flag fluttering in the wind. Applied in martial arts, it means continuous movement without pause for recovery. “Ding” refers to moving to the desired position and being able to stop. Therefore, we can understand “Zhongding” as the ability to maintain movement while allowing for recovery of breath and body control. “Jiegou” is used to refer to effective ways of extending our limbs.
This year, we have the special honor of inviting Kirara from “Seven Kung Fu Try It" as our Instructor. Known as the ‘Ghost of Wing Chun’, Kirara has participated in combat sports for years, with over a hundred matches experiment. He is dedicated to applying various Chinese traditional martial arts techniques into practical combat. In Chinese traditional martial arts, there’s a saying: ‘Weapons are extensions of the limbs.’ These body control techniques applied in unarmed combat, even though most attendees focus on weapons training, are believed to be highly beneficial."
