We are honored to welcome Nicole Smith, head instructor of Blood and Iron Martial Arts, to present a workshop on the rapier and dagger. The rapier is often used in combination with various off-hand weapons—including the cloak, shield, and most commonly, the dagger. This long-short weapon pairing offers both offensive and defensive advantages, enabling dynamic engagements and increasing survivability in combat. This workshop is open to all participants, regardless of prior experience with the rapier. The focus of this seminar will be on creating “A Wall of Steel". For those entering the tournament, it offers a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding and refine your use of this weapon combination.
